A soft, highly stretchable polyurethane flex film designed for activewear and garments requiring high elasticity. It offers a comfortable textile touch and excellent wearing comfort, while maintaining strong durability and secure bonding under the correct temperature and pressure conditions. With outstanding opacity and a self-adhesive PET liner for easy repositioning, POLI-FLEX® STRETCH is ideal for T-shirts, sportswear, leisurewear, bags, and promotional articles.
- Thickness: Approx. 100 micron
- Finish: Matt, soft touch
- Application: Cotton, Polyester/Cotton blends, Polyester/Elastane
- Adhesive Colour: Transparent
- Colours: Available in limited colours – refer to official colour charts for accurate representation
- Opacity: Excellent opacity
- Backing Liner: Self-adhesive PET carrier (repositionable)
- Film Type: Polyurethane (PU)
- Not Suitable For: Hydrophobic or impregnated textiles, or heat-sensitive fabrics
- Application Instructions: Apply with hot peel. Wash up to 60°C inside-out. Suitable for tumble drying and dry cleaning. Do not bleach. Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure settings. See Technical Data Sheet for full application details.
