A high-quality heat transfer flock film with a soft, velvety texture. It offers excellent cutting and weeding properties and will not tear, even when weeded rapidly. With its rich surface and strong wash resistance, TUBITHERM is ideal for uniforms, workwear, sportswear, leisurewear, and promotional textiles, adding a premium tactile finish to any design.
- Thickness: 500 micron
- Finish: Velvety flock surface
- Application: Cotton, Polyester/Cotton blends, Polyester/Acrylic
- Adhesive Colour: Transparent
- Colours: Available in a range of vibrant colours – refer to official colour charts for accurate representation
- Opacity: High opacity
- Backing Liner: Self-adhesive PET carrier
- Film Type: Viscose rayon flock with heat-sealing adhesive
- Not Suitable For: Nylon, coated fabrics, or heat-sensitive textiles
- Application Instructions: Cut with a 60° knife (recommended for Flock). Weed the design, then transfer using a heat press. Remove PET liner warm. Wash up to 60°C inside-out. Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not dry clean or bleach. See Technical Data Sheet for recommended temperature, time, and pressure settings.
