Description

A heat-sealable, printable transparent polyurethane film designed for use on white textiles. This two-layer transfer film features a hotmelt coating on the printable side, while the upper surface after application is made of transparent, UV-resistant polyurethane. Compatible with all current eco-solvent and solvent printers, POLI-FLEX® 4655 allows even filigree motifs to be cut with CAD/CAM plotters. After weeding, the transfer is applied using the original carrier, with a matt PET film on top of the image providing a semi-matt finish. The PET liner should be removed after a short period of cooling to room temperature. Ideal for motifs and logos on sportswear, leisurewear, and workwear.
- Thickness: 75 micron

- Application: Cotton, Polyester/Cotton blends, Polyester/Acrylic
- Adhesive Colour: Transparent (hotmelt coating)

- Backing Liner: PET carrier (removable after cooling)
- Film Type: Polyurethane (PU), two-layer printable
- Not Suitable For: Coloured textiles (designed for white textiles), heat-sensitive fabrics
- Application Instructions: Print using ECO-solvent or SOLVENT inks. Cut and weed using CAD/CAM plotters. Apply with heat press using the original carrier. Place a matt PET-film on top for semi-matt finish. Remove PET-liner after cooling to room temperature. Wash up to 60°C inside-out. Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not dry clean or bleach.
