Siser® Easy Puff Metallic combines the signature 3D expansion of Easy Puff with a striking metallic finish, adding an extra layer of dimension and shine to your designs. When heated, the material expands to create a raised effect, while the metallic sheen enhances the overall look with a brilliant finish. It puffs up to three times its height, making it ideal for larger designs and simple shapes. Metallic colours require a two-step application process for optimal results. Due to the need for firm, even pressure, a heat press is required (not recommended for home irons). - Thickness: 180 micron (before puffing) - Finish: Metallic/Puff/3D texture - Application: Cotton, Polyester, Poly/Cotton blends - Adhesive Colour: Clear - Colours: Available in a range of colours – refer to official colour charts for accurate representation - Backing Liner: Adhesive polyester carrier - Film Type: Polyurethane (PU) - Not Suitable For: Treated or dye-sublimated textiles - Application Instructions: Apply with a heat press only. See Technical Data Sheet for full application settings. Heat Press Instructions 1. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds 2. Apply design at 125 to 138°C 3. Use medium/firm pressure for 10 seconds. 4. Peel carrier hot 5. Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper and re-press for 10 seconds. It is highly recommended to test the media before applying to a garment as heat press temperature and pressure may vary
