P.S. SUBLI LT -EASYWEED™ SUBLIBLOCK for use on sublimated Garments. Standard heat transfer vinyl isn’t designed for use on sublimated polyester. If you apply regular HTV to a sublimated garment, you may experience “dye migration.” Dye migration is when the sublimation inks in the garment bleed into the HTV and change the colour of the vinyl. EasyWeed Sub Block (also know as PS Subli LT) is specially formulated to block most dye migration and leave you with a crisp finished product. You can even layer other SIser® materials on top to create a more colourful design. • Layerable with all EasyWeed products • Finishes: Vivid • Adheres to: Polyester, Poly/cotton blends, dye sublimated textiles • Specification: 110 Micron, Adhesive polyester carrier • Heat Application: Heat Press • Available widths: 500mm with a limited colour range • Laser Friendly Application Instructions 1. Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper 2. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds 3. Apply design at 135°C (EasyPress® users add approx. 30°) 4. Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds 5. If areas of design lift after application, place cover sheet and re-press for 5 – 10 seconds 6. Peel carrier hot or cold Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry. Respect the textile recommendations and do not bleach or dry clean. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
