Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of Cohesive and their immediate family members are not eligible.
 
Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must have a Cohesive account and make a purchase online at www.cohesivenz.co.nz between 04 November 2024 – 12 December 2025.
 
Duration:
The giveaway starts on 04 November 2025 and ends at 5pm on 12 December 2025.
 
Prizes:
Winners will receive a Cohesive gift basket as pictured in the advertising or as shown in the showrooms. There are two gift baskets to be won. One winner will be drawn from the North Island and one winner will be drawn from the South Island. 
 
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries at the close of the competition.  Customers’ accounts must be current and in line with our terms of trade to be eligible to win. 
 
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram by 15 December 2025. Winners must respond by 17 December 2024 to claim their prize.
 
Disqualification:
Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
 
Privacy:
Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfilment.
 
Rights and Ownership:
By entering, participants grant Cohesive the right to announce the winners name and or photo on social media.
