A heat-sealable, printable polyurethane transfer film (opaque white, 100 µ) suitable for both light and dark textiles. It delivers high-resolution prints with a matt finish and a soft, pleasant textile touch. A special top coat provides excellent washing resistance, making it ideal for motifs and logos on sportswear, leisurewear, and workwear.
- Thickness: 100 micron
- Finish: Matt, soft textile touch
- Application: Cotton, Polyester, Uncoated Nylon, Polyester/Cotton blends, Polyester/Acrylic
- Adhesive Colour: Self-adhesive PET liner
- Colours: Opaque white (printable)
- Opacity: High opacity
- Backing Liner: Self-adhesive PET carrier (removable warm)
- Film Type: Polyurethane (PU), printable
- Not Suitable For: Coated nylon fabrics (test for suitability), heat-sensitive textiles
- Application Instructions: Print using ECO-solvent, solvent, or latex inks. Cut and weed using CAD/CAM plotters. Use POLI-TACK 854 as a transfer tape and protective cover during heat transfer. Apply with heat press using the original carrier. Remove PET liner warm. Wash up to 60°C inside-out. Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not dry clean or bleach.
